My official start weight is 148 pounds. Not my ideal start, but I have to start somewhere. I plan to workout at home since I have my own workout machine their. I can't do free weights since it's not safe to do that alone, so I have an all in one machine that I can do everything safely. I've been getting home late because of football so I wasn't able to film any of my workouts at the school. I'm going to try to do something on the weekends if I have time. Still need to do research on the right diet. I will update that in the next few posts.
