Project overview
My goal for this project is to gain at least 5 to 10 pounds of muscle by the end of the 12 week period. I've been working out through the school, but I haven't experienced any real growth. I have decided to use this project to motivate me to workout on my own and fix my diet.
I plan to achieve my goal through a personal workout schedule at home and a diet plan that I will do my best to follow. I will try to explain in further details what my routine will be in my blog or journal posts that I will make along the way. There is still some research that I need to do, but I'll put that information in later on.
